We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@ursineamino.co.uk with your order number.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to our error.
